Father and daughter sentenced to € 15 and € 000 and 5 months suspended prison sentence!
Prosecuted for hidden work and illegal construction, Louis Raymond Mussington and his daughter were sentenced by the criminal court of Saint Martin each to three months suspended prison sentence and to a fine of € 15 and € 000 respectively.
The court also received the constitution of civil part of the association of the co-owners of Terres Basses and of the Collectivity, Louis Raymond Mussington having to pay them 10 € in damages and 000 € under article 2-000. of the Code of Criminal Procedure
