The manager of the former restaurant Chez Raymond on the Baie Rouge beach and his daughter were summoned Thursday morning before the Saint-Martin Criminal Court.

Louis Raymond Mussington and Tatiana were accused of carrying out hidden work (not stated) and opening a 3rd or 4th category liquor store to be consumed without a license. The father was also accused of building the restaurant without a building permit.

The fact-finding period adopted runs from February 19, 2015 to August 19, 2018.

Despite the absence of their lawyer, they were tried. Vice-Prosecutor Alain Octuvon-Bazile said "to hear that Mr. Mussington says, that this case is supporting a family, but we cannot have a case in violation of the law". He requested a suspended fine of 15 euros. He also asked for the confiscation of the seals (restaurant equipment, 000 euros held by Louis Raymond Mussington during his arrest, 8 dollars and 560 euros which were in Tatiana Mussington's handbag). The judgment was reserved for December 978. (more details on www.soualigapost.com)
