OC, a mother of seven and 51 years old, is accused of not having reported acts of sexual assault committed by her son, a minor, on one of her daughters, her niece and the neighbor's daughter.
The mother is made aware of the facts during a meeting at which the girl, another OS girl and the brother are present.
The latter confirmed to his mother his behavior towards his younger sister as well as towards the neighbor's daughter. The meeting will also uncover other acts committed on the granddaughter of the older sister.
After deliberation, the court imposed a sentence four months higher than that required by the prosecution, that is, six months suspended prison sentence. The children, represented by an ad hoc administrator and a lawyer, joined the civil party, the case was transferred on civil interest.
