Sint Maarten's Education Minister Silveria Jacobs visited the Carnival Vista cruise ship last week with culinary arts students from the National Institute for Professional Advancement (NIPA). The opportunity for these students to discover the operations relating to the management of food and drinks on board, announced the government. The students were enthusiastic about taking up a job on the ship. In mid-November, this boat was welcomed by the port management. During the exchange of the plates, Captain Stefano Batinelli said he was honored to be in Sint Maarten on the largest of the fleet's ships, the 1st prototype in the world. _EH
