According to Météo France, a powerful anticyclone over the North Atlantic is causing fairly strong trade winds. The yellow vigilance was therefore triggered yesterday for "strong winds, dangerous seas on the coast" in Martinique. In the Caribbean, "a few rollers are generated by a northwesterly swell train, which causes unusual agitation on the exposed coasts", indicates the organization.
