The Strategic Orientation and Agricultural Development Committee (COSDA) should be operational this year. "Its objective will be to define an agricultural, halo-industrial and rural development policy common to the State and to the local authority, in particular for the implementation of European Union programs", explains the Ministry of Agriculture. Other COSDAs will be created, notably in Saint-Martin.
