Thursday, October 25, the criminal court of Saint Martin sentenced CR, who had no criminal record, to six months in prison suspended. He also prohibited him from running any company for two years. CR must also compensate the civil parties. He must reimburse 43 euros for the restaurant and 212,23 euros for legal fees. As well as 3000 euros to the boss (PA) and 2000 euros in legal fees too.
