The CCI Saint-Martin is organizing this Thursday, November 28, from 10h to 12h, at the Maison des Entreprises de Concordia, a new "Bush Tea Networking" on the theme "100% Health", in collaboration with ADEP SAS.
"100% Health" is a reform which aims to improve access for all to quality care thanks to optical, dental and hearing equipment at reduced prices fixed by regulation.
Its implementation, defined by Decree, will be progressive from January 1, 2020, until 2021. The “health” contracts must fully support this “100% Health” equipment.
This reform affects all “company” contracts and therefore all employees.
As of January 1, 2020, there is therefore an "obligation" to change the "health" guarantees so that they remain responsible:
• The complementary health insurance of a company (or an independent Madelin manager) must be responsible for benefiting from tax and social benefits
• All current contract guarantees will have to change on 1/01/2020 (minimum formalism required)
During this session, the reform with the impacts on “optical”, “dental” and “hearing” guarantees will be presented, companies will be informed about their contractual obligations and their duty to inform their employees by January 1, 2020.
