• PHASE 1 : Rue des Palourdes / Rue des Ecoles (NORTH section), until JANUARY 24, 2020
Work continues on Rue des Palourdes and the upper part of Rue des Ecoles (boulevard side). For this first phase of construction, the laying of pipes and provisional repair of the roadway will end on Friday, January 24.
The final repair of pavements may take place as soon as the tests carried out for the control of the networks and the compaction of the trenches.
• PHASE 2 : Rue des Ecoles (SOUTH section), from JANUARY 27 to FEBRUARY 14, 2020
The second phase of the site will concern the lower part of Rue des Ecoles (RN7 side) and will run from Monday January 27 to Friday February 14. During this period, the lane will be closed to vehicle traffic on site hours: Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 18 p.m.
Boulevard de Grand-Case will only be accessible via the Route de l'Esperance.
A deviation will be specially set up for access to schools and the neighborhood for residents (see traffic plan). The direction of traffic will be reversed on the upper part of Rue des Ecoles.
Access to schools will be facilitated as much as possible. During the closing hours of the street, the schools will be accessible from the RN7 by the bridge located between the two schools, and from the boulevard by this detour.
The preparatory operations for the works (siting, sawing) will begin on Wednesday, January 22, with no impact on traffic.
• PHASE 3 : Passage des Ecoles, from 17 to 28 FEBRUARY 2020
The third phase of the project will concern the Passage des Ecoles. Work located in the direct vicinity of schools will therefore be strictly limited to the school holiday period.

Press releases will be regularly distributed by the EEASM, as the work progresses and until the end of the works, scheduled for September 2020.
As a reminder, the work to be carried out on the boulevard will be carried out after the current tourist season, in a single installment, between the months of April and August.
These works are of capital importance since they will allow all residents to connect to a collective network, hitherto non-existent. To facilitate this future connection, a design office has been specially commissioned by the EEASM to come to meet individuals and traders and best support them in their approach. These visits began last November and will continue over several months.
