The Fondation de France has raised 13 million euros for Saint-Martin. One of his wishes is to train young people.
“We are going to need professionals to rebuild the island, especially in the building and public works sector. We will thus help associations to recruit and train young people in these trades ", explains Axelle Davezac, the general manager who met during her trip to Saint-Martin at the end of last week, the head of the association of Help insertion.
"We will also see how to train young people in the installation of photovoltaic panels, because this is an activity where there is great potential", adds Martin Spitz, head of emergency operations at the foundation.
