As we explained to you recently, the Prime Minister, the Minister of the Interior and the Minister of Overseas Territories signed a decree on March 25, 2016 - published in the Official Journal on March 27, 2016 - modifying the post of Secretary General of our prefecture, which can be provided by a sub-prefect.
