As part of the SXM DOET volunteer program, the Be The Change Foundation, in collaboration with Oranje Fonds, invites all interested organizations - NGOs, schools, clubs, etc. - to register their projects by January 23 at the latest. This initiative, which started more than ten years ago in the Netherlands, has spread to Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, Statia and Saint-Martin. The 3rd edition will take place on March 10 and 11. At least 5 volunteers must participate in a common project. Among the activities of the past year, several volunteers helped EPIC (Environmental Protection in the Caribbean) repair a birding hut in Belair.
