Next year, the project manager would like to focus inside the houses and no longer only on the roofs, it would be a question of fitting out or redeveloping housing for disabled people for example. "We could also create a second unit of life," adds Catherine Berchoux. “We have seen that there are elderly people with limited incomes who live in large houses. We could thus create a studio or a T2 that they would rent which would generate another source of income for them, ”she specifies.
The beneficiaries would be like those of Un Toit pour toi, selected according to social, financial and health criteria. The Companions would work with organizations such as the CGSS who would be able to indicate to them the people who could claim to receive this assistance.
