The Florida Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA), the Florida cruise ship association, will surely be able to hire staff from Sint Maarten. The legislation on hiring, on ships flying the foreign flag, and which has been adapted in other countries, could be adjusted to the legislation of Sint Maarten.
