The Dutch Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sport Jorien Wuite urges the general public, in particular residents of Middle Region, Belvedere, Madame Estate and Dutch Quarter to join the search for the young Nathan York, student at Martin Luther King Jr (MLK) school, missing since Tuesday afternoon. Nathan was last seen at 12 p.m. Tuesday, leaving MLK school. He is 1 meter 61 cm tall, has a slim figure, a light brown complexion and short black hair. He was last seen in school clothes (purple shirt, gray pants, black shoes) and has a blue backpack.
Police and VKS patrols as well as members of the education department team are currently looking for family members and family friends. The general public is invited to participate. Anyone with information about Nathan York should immediately contact the parents by calling 586-5763, Community Police Officer Leonard 588-4037 or the 911 Police Hotline.
