His friend, however also placed under judicial control since his custody, did not appear in court on the day of his summons. He was therefore tried in his absence. Found guilty of all the facts, in this series of aggravated thefts, he was sentenced to four years in prison with an arrest warrant.
“He was arrested on Wednesday June 12 by the gendarmerie and imprisoned in Basse Terre by the prosecution in execution of the arrest warrant. He has ten days to appeal against the decision, ”informs the Saint-Martin prosecutor's office.
