During the working meeting with elected officials at the Hôtel de la Collectivité, the current measures in favor of young people - to fight unemployment in Saint-Martin - were presented to the Minister of Labor Myriam El Khomri, whose Operation Lend a Hand and the Adapted Military Service Regiment (RSMA). The Collectivity works in partnership with the RSMA of Guadeloupe thanks to the “Objectif 100” agreement, signed in October 2014. Each year, 100 Saint-Martinois are trained in this way. Among the expectations of the COM, the increase in the quota from 100 to 150 young people, more resources for support towards employment and the improvement of management outside of training time. _EH
