This possibility of reopening restaurants earlier than in mainland France is granted to the prefect by the decree of 11 May taken by the government relating to deconfinement.
The establishments will receive the sanitary protocol to establish the safety rules within them; this is the national protocol currently being finalized. Agents from the prefecture and the ARS will visit the establishments to help them put in place the security measures to respect the barrier gestures. Sylvie Feucher was very firm: those who do not respect these measures will receive a formal notice before being notified of an administrative closure of three months.
