As part of the electoral campaign for the legislative elections, the prefecture reminds candidates of the rules of Internet propaganda. Candidates, who have the possibility of creating and using websites, blogs or social media pages, will have to respect certain points the day before and the day of the election. The State services indicate that from the day before the election at midnight, it will be prohibited to “distribute or have distributed ballots, declarations and other electoral documents” and to “disseminate or have disseminated by any means communication to the public by electronic means of any message having the character of electoral propaganda ”. Updating the site the day before and polling day will also be prohibited. Concerning exchanges between Internet users, candidates will have to block their discussions on their site the day before the election at midnight. _EH
