The Passenger Air Transport Price Index for the month of May was published by the Ministry for the Ecological and Inclusive Transition. Regarding departures from the Antilles, prices increased for the 3rd consecutive month: + 4,9% from Guadeloupe and + 6,7% from Martinique between May 2016 and May 2017, the ministry said. For departures from Guyana, the fall in prices continues for the 21st consecutive month: -0,8% between May 2016 and May 2017. Finally, with regard to departures from the overseas departments, all destinations combined, the ticket prices increased slightly: + 0,7% between May 2016 and May 2017.
