A scientific analysis on the culture of post hurricane Irma risk was presented to the Community last Tuesday by Professor Frédéric Leone of the University of Montpellier 3, assisted by scientists from the Antilles-Guyana and Bordeaux universities.
This high-level presentation captivated the audience made up of the main players in risk management in Saint-Martin.
