The prefect also sent the revision file to the president of the Collectivity who has one month to comment. The territorial council must give its opinion on the document.
Then, in September-October will be organized the public inquiry, another step imposed by the regulations in the process of revising a PPRN. The prefect contacted the administrative court last week so that he could appoint an investigative commissioner. It is not excluded that two people are appointed.
