Pontoon: the Shambala wins in appeal against the COM

The administrative court of Bordeaux has just decided in the case which opposed for two years the Collectivity to the company which operates the Shambala in Grand Case. The latter had filed a request for prior declaration of work to build a pontoon. The COM opposed it and the company had seized the administrative court of Saint-Martin. The latter having annulled his decision, the COM had appealed.

The administrative court of Bordeaux based on the town planning code of Saint-Martin to say that in the end, the construction of this type of pontoon (20 meters long and 1,5 meters wide) did not require a prior declaration of work. (More details on www.soualigapost.com)
