Pending the results of the baccalaureate which should not delay any longer (Tuesday July 7 editor's note) and also to mark the end of the school year, Kareen Jacob and Thierry Bergmann, both professors in the Hotel and Catering section at the Lycée Professionnel des Iles du Nord invited their students of Terminale (BAC Hôtellerie-Service) to share a convivial moment around a lunch at the restaurant "Chez Margaux", in Concordia.
It was also an opportunity for teachers and students to thank “Chef” Michel who welcomed young aspiring cooks throughout the school year.
