The Vélo Club de Sandy Ground (VCSG), in partnership with the Rotary Club SXM Nord, organized a cycling race last Sunday for young members of Saint Martin clubs. Pre-licensees, chicks, pupils, youngest and underdogs competed on circuits adapted to their categories.
It is on a 2,426 km course, with a start given in front of the Jean-Louis Vanterpool stadium, towards the Agrément roundabout, then Boulevard Hubert Petit, passing through Rue de la République and Rue from Holland, and an arrival in front of the Vanterpool stadium, which the runners set off for.
The licensed meadows covered 0,695 km, the chicks 4,852 km, the pupils 9,704 km, the youngest 14,556 km and the minors 29,112 km.
The competition, which was the occasion of beautiful fights and real confrontations, took place in good conditions for the greatest pleasure of the young runners.
