Release of a Caribbean cookbook in bilingual format

Congratulations to the students of Terminale CAP Cuisine of the Lycée Professionnel Daniella Jeffry of Concordia for the creation of a magnificent book of Caribbean recipes in bilingual format printed in Saint-Martin.

President Daniel Gibbs, his 3rd vice president Sofia Carti-Codrington, salute the excellent work of the students, accompanied by their cooking teacher, René Marc Nivelle, the principal of the Lycée, Jeanine Hamlet and her teams and the vice-rector, Michel Sanz, head of the national education service of Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy.

The Collectivity of Saint-Martin is proud to have supported this educational project, the result of which is quite simply astounding.

Congratulations to the students for this great achievement. It is in perseverance and abnegation that we find the way to success!
