Published last Sunday in the Official Journal, this 2016 promotion of the Easter Legion of Honor rewards 535 people, including 433 knights, 73 officers and 22 commanders. Five people were appointed grand officers and two other grand crosses. Among the new officers, we find Alain Conan, president of an association for maritime research (New Caledonia) and Céline Lucilly, president of an association against violence against women (Reunion), proposed by the Ministry of Overseas sea.
