The Territorial Council will meet on Thursday at 9 am in plenary session, at the Hôtel de la Collectivité. The population will be able to attend the 12 deliberations on the agenda, including that concerning the adaptation of the legislative provisions governing the active solidarity income (RSA) following the authorization. The Collectivity can now manage the conditions for granting this service, as well as its calculation, for the territory. Among the other points discussed, the presentation and the vote of the initial 2016 budget; the methods of managing the EAFRD credits allocated to Saint-Martin for 2014-2020; adaptation of the statutes of the Water and Sanitation Establishment of Saint-Martin; the launch of public utility declarations (DUP) for Grand-Case airport and changes to the powers of the ad hoc committee for the regulation of occupants of the 50 geometric pitch zone.
