The 2015 assessment of activities concerning Personal Service Organizations (PSOs) has just been published by the regional directorate for business, labor and employment (DIECCTE) of Guadeloupe.
We learn that the number of structures in Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy and Guadeloupe stands at 306, compared to 281 in 2014. Over 70% of the organizations declared communicated an activity report for 2015. “Among the 219 organizations identified having declared in 2015 an activity in service provider or agent mode, more than half (53,9%) is an association ”, indicates the report, adding that more than nine jobs out of ten are women. Since 2000, the PSOs have experienced “a growing activity, particularly with regard to the service provider”. _EH
