Tokyo Olympic Games (July 24 - August 9)

This is undoubtedly the flagship event of 2020. Host city of the Olympic Games for the second time in its history, Tokyo will be the center of attention for two weeks. While some will not miss Teddy Riner's course in judo (July 31) or the men's 100m final in athletics (August 2) for the world, others may discover with curiosity the new disciplines on the program (karate, climbing, skateboarding, surfing, 3 × 3 basketball and freestyle BMX). Note that all events will be broadcast in full on Eurosport.

Football

Before immersing themselves in the highly anticipated Euro 2020, football fans will have something to wait for with club competitions. Like most national championships, Ligue 1 will know its outcome in May, after the final of the Coupe de la Ligue - the last! - and that of the Coupe de France.
