The Sint Maarten police, in their implementation of the end-of-year security plan, organized various traffic checks. One of them found a large quantity of narcotic drugs in a vehicle. The driver with the initials KB was arrested.
The suspect's arrest took place on Wellfare Road in the early hours of January 6. The latter was then transferred to the police station to be questioned there on the source of the drugs and on his role in the case. _AF
