A departure at 7 am for a 10 km with 500 meters of vertical drop open to all and from 16 years old. Anyone in good shape who practices sports regularly can participate. A little effort and mind will be enough to cover the paths that will go through the ridges to go to Pic Paradis and go back down to Hope Estate.

The 2th  16 km course (start at 7 a.m.) will be reserved only for experienced runners and trail runners because they will have in addition to the kms, cover 1000 meters of vertical drop up and down 3 ravines among the most technical in the French part. And more exactly: Departure from Crédit Mutuel Marigot, Concordia, Water Tank, Les Crêtes, descent of Grand Fond, ascent by Ravine Moho, Pic Paradis, Ravine Arawak and descent of Careta towards the arrival at Crédit Mutuel de Hope Estate.

Please note, an FFA license or a medical certificate is required for registrations on both courses.

The bibs will be handed over in the Galisbay car park in Marigot, on Saturday June 12 from 10 a.m. to 13 p.m.

Of course, all health instructions will be respected. Hydroalcoholic masks and gels will be made available on departure and arrival. Two meters of distance must be respected between each person.

Information, routes and regulations are on the website www.dreamoftrail.com and on the Facebook page: Dream of Trail SXM.

All participants must have their own Ecocup because there will be no plastic cups at the refreshments and either at the finish. The Dream of Trail Association also participates in the protection of the environment in Saint-Martin and the planet! _AF
