Our island is in 4th position in the ranking of destinations sought by the wealthiest Americans in the Caribbean, according to the site Bloomberg.com. The study was carried out by Resonance Consultancy with travelers. The winning formula: tasty food, magnificent beaches, green landscapes and an island shared between two countries providing a unique experience under the sun. In 1st position of this top 16, we find the Bahamas and its 700 islands, followed by the American Virgin Islands and Anguilla. In 5th place, the Cayman Islands, followed by Aruba and Turks and Caicos.
Note that the Metro newspaper, English version, recently published an article on our island showing that it has become a popular destination in the Caribbean. The SXM festival is also mentioned.
