Swimming with fins: Jef Follet: resume competition!

0

Absent from the pools since July 2017, Jef Follner will put on his fins again on April 7 during the crossing of Pointe Noire in Guadeloupe.

We had left him on an honorable 15rd place during the French Masters Championships over 5000 m in Martinique. But following Irma, there were other emergencies to deal with and swimming with fins at a high level was no longer a priority. By resuming his daily swimming, good sliding sensations returned. His motivation is intact, just like that displayed by champion Florent Manoudou in swimming. Competitor one day, always competitor.

Pointe Noire does not provide the official distance for veterans of 5000m. Jef will therefore line up for the 3000m. To complete his preparation, he would like a swimmer to contact him to swim together and “get out of the way” (06.90.55.12.14). This crossing will qualify for the Guadeloupe Championship.

He thanks his sponsor for their support: the insurance firm Allianz Bizet-Capelle (05.90.87.57.00)
