Raising awareness among young people of the risks of overconsumption of sugar is the objective of the “Les ACCCroSSSSSucres” project, launched by HeadMade Factory (HMF). This game of seven families - presented in schools in Saint-Martin and Guadeloupe - was created by the artists Laurent Bayly, Florence Poirier-Nkpa, Cindy Choisy and Karim Guangue. This year, the collective explains that it uses art to participate in the prevention of obesity and diabetes. HMF will organize Friday, at 18 p.m., at La Cour (next to the Marigot court) a sale of works for the benefit of its actions. Fighting overweight is a priority in Saint-Martin: one of the objectives of the local health contract (CLS) is to reduce obesity, in particular among young people.
