119,57 million euros is the amount of the State commitment authorizations (AE) towards Saint-Martin provided for in the 2019 finance bill (PLF).
The budgetary and financial effort of the State has doubled in Saint-Martin in three years, especially in the last two years due to the additional commitment in post-Irma reconstruction.
Saint-Martin ranks 9th out of twelve of the overseas entry authorizations, ahead of Saint-Pierre and Miquelon (101 million), the Southern Territories (15,6 million) and Saint-Barthélemy (4,2 million).
On the other hand, the COM has the lowest per capita ratio of the overseas collectivities, 3 euros per capita, after that of Saint-Barth (275 € / inhabitant).
