Three official accommodation occupied by staff working in the National Education system as janitor, manager and territorial technical assistant, were removed following a decision by the executive council at the end of 2018.
This brings to seventeen the number of housing types F2, F3 or F4, granted free of charge by the community to certain state personnel or not, working in public establishments of the second degree, these are the main, provisional and their deputy, managers, reception agents or territorial technical agent.
The COM has also decided not to renew these housing concessions when the occupants end their function in education in Saint Martin. Finally, it also decided to no longer grant housing to state personnel assigned to Saint-Martin on account of the start of the school year in September 2019.
