Incarcerated in prison in Sint Maarten awaiting extradition to the United States, DC, 29, was authorized by the Dutch authorities to go to court yesterday in Marigot to be tried on other charges, including occurrence of acts of violence with a weapon committed in May 2016. He appeared with his accomplice, DI, 25 years old.
They suspected that FL had stolen DC's scooter and then went to ask him, with the threat of a weapon, to compensate him. They also asked him for the keys to a luxury sedan, which FL had paid for a few days earlier with money from a robbery at Howell Center. After deliberation, the court found the two men guilty and followed the requisitions. He added as a full complement, the ban on holding and transporting a weapon for fifteen years.
