Marc Pallut's photos at Ti Expo

"I have always taken photos, but since I retired I have more time and I benefit more," says Marc Pallut.

Introduced to film photography in the 60s by his father, also an amateur photographer, he began with black and white and then progressed with technical inventions.

The former salesman is even starting to video to immortalize family moments and trips: “when my son was born, I bought a double 8”. Then went digital in 2000 and has since equipped itself with "expert" equipment.

Marc Pallut has been living in Saint-Martin for fifteen years. Island which he likes to photograph landscapes and inhabitants, passing by still lifes and macro. He also likes the nude, "because there is a lot of work in post production to remove imperfections, the device being more discriminating than the eye". His pictures are from the beginning of March (and until April 15) on the wall of the Ti Expo in Marigot.
