The SXM Surf Explorer club made the trip in a small committee on this event where four young hopefuls were in the running during this Guadeloupe cup disputed on the beach of Anse Bertrand.
Excellent performance by Norman Peuron, who obtained a fine 2nd place in the "Cadet" category. Norman impressed the judges and outclassed his competitors with “vertical and knife” surfing according to his coach.
Among the youngest, Mathis Ruillet reached the quarter-finals and Enzo Masi (one of the favorites of the event) lost for his part in the semi-final.
Maé DEMANEZ finished 3rd in the youngest undine category.
