Nicolas Maslach also recalled the objective of creating, in collaboration with the young people of ACED, a mangrove seedling nursery in order to regenerate the mangroves "thanks to the support of the Rottary Club of Saint-Martin Nord". He also presented a new recruit, in charge of a scientific project for the restoration of two species of groupers. He also assured that the classic missions of the Reserve would continue and declared that he wanted to sensitize the justice services on the problem of the deposit of waste in natural areas, so that the penalties are heavier.
