Recently, the Prefect Sylvie Feucher wished to visit the different units of the Compagnie de Saint-Martin accompanied by Lieutenant-Colonel Manzoni and Captain Verres, assistant officer.
Beginning at the Marigot barracks, the Prefect was able to meet with the staff of the COB and the nautical brigade, to visit the technical service premises and housing affected by Hurricane Irma. Then, on the Savannah right-of-way, she was able to talk with the support units, CICSM, BMO, SRD, EGM and took a few moments to meet the trainees of the Gendarmerie Military Preparation which is currently taking place.
At the end of the day, the visit ended at the barracks in Quartier d'Orléans intended to welcome local police officers for better co-production of security with the Gendarmerie
