The CARE unit of the CCISM available to self-employed workers

0

Created and set up at the end of 2019 by the Collectivity and the Interprofessional Consular Chamber of Saint-Martin (CCISM), the CARE cell, support cell for the regularization of companies, has the vocation, as its name indicates, to assist companies to regularize their fiscal and social situation. Open to all companies in difficulty, including the self-employed, the CARE unit is aimed at professional structures having a breakdown in communication with social services such as the CGSS (general social security funds), the CGRR (pension fund ) and tax services. Present at the meeting with the national delegation of the CPSTI, Catherine Carmont, in charge of administrative mission for companies, works at the CCISM in supporting entrepreneurs and self-employed workers by helping them logistically to put together their files on issues such as negotiation of payment installments, reopening dialogue with social services in the event of a conflict or obtaining emergency financial aid. Developed in the post-Irma period and following the covid-19 health crisis for companies that have not received any aid from the government for lack of social and/or fiscal compliance, the CARE unit of the CCISM is still indeed active. and relevant.
