Former technical advisor to the SXM Football League, David Baltase was sentenced to a fine of 2 euros, half of which was suspended by the criminal court of Saint Martin.
He was found guilty of the acts of covert work alleged against him. As a reminder, he had been prosecuted for not having declared the income derived from the provision of services which he provided to the Saint-Martin Football League. He was also hired by the French Football Federation (FFF) as a technical advisor. The prosecution had requested a two-month suspended prison sentence and a fine of € 1.
