His criminal record contains seven entries, six of which relate to traffic offenses. Last week, TV added an eighth, still related to road crime. TV, aged thirty, was summoned to the local court of Saint-Martin for putting the wrong number plates on his car, driving without having a license for a repeat offense, without technical control and having narcotics. The vehicle was however insured.

In October 2019, the gendarmes checked the driver of a zigzagging car. They discover that the registration mentioned on the gray card that TV presents does not correspond to the one appearing on the plates and that these are poorly fixed. They check the two registrations and it turns out that the number of the plates corresponds to that of a vehicle which had been declared wreck.

The prosecution requested a sentence of eight months in prison and a fine of 150 euros for lack of technical control. After deliberating, the court sentenced TV to an eight-month sentence with a probationary suspension of eighteen months including the obligation to work, care and pass the driving license as well as a fine of 150 euros. .
