The call for tenders for the deconstruction of the Concordia media library building was launched by the Collectivité de Saint-Martin on Friday, November 5, 2021.
As a reminder: The realization of the rehabilitation project of the territorial media library takes place in two distinct phases: a market for deconstruction (allocation in December 2021) and a market for reconstruction (February 2022).
In accordance with the consultation regulations, the processing of offers and questions about the consultation will be handled exclusively through the legal platform www.marches-securises.fr
To be able to submit an offer, each candidate must participate in a mandatory site visit. Registration for the visit must be made no later than the 4th working day before the date of the visit appearing on the call for tenders.
The deadline for submitting bids is Monday, December 6, 2021 at noon (12 noon).
The start of the works is scheduled for January 2022. Before the start of the works and for safety reasons, the Collectivity will ensure that the site of the Multimedia library is free from any illegal occupation.
