Community: The last decisions of the executive council (continuation and end)

The executive council of the Collectivity of Saint-Martin met on Wednesday, July 3, to deliberate on 6 points on the agenda, in the presence of 5 then 6 advisers.

- Signature authorization following the open call for tenders launched for the framework agreement with order forms for collection and transport services in the sector subject to declaration of end-of-life boats (BHU) in the territory of Saint-Martin.

Following the passage of Hurricane Irma, many ships were damaged in the lagoon of Simpson Bay and on the coasts of the French side. 127 wrecks (BHU) have been listed. The community launched a call for tenders, on January 17, to consult with companies specialized in the removal, treatment and transport of all waste from end-of-life boats, up to the controlled ecosite of Grandes-Cayes in Cul de Sac.

The services are divided into two grouped lots:

Lot 1: Simpson Bay Lagoon: 105 BHU listed

Lot 2: Sandy Ground, Cul de Sac, Orient Bay, Oyster-Pond: 22 BHU listed

The contract was awarded to the company KOOLE for a total amount of € 2. Operations will start very soon.

The executive council voted for this deliberation unanimously (5 votes).

- Authorization of signature following the open call for tenders launched for the market for the development of the development and planning plan of the Collectivity of Saint-Martin.

The community of Saint-Martin currently has a Land Use Plan approved on March 28, 2002. In the town planning code applicable in the territory, the local town plan is replaced by another document, the plan planning and development of Saint-Martin (PADSM). The community wishes to work in collaboration with the inhabitants on the future development and the resilience of the districts exposed to natural risks, in particular the risks of submersion, in a context of development;

- A Risk plan expected during 2019

- A new PPRN natural risk prevention plan expected for 2020.

- The community has launched a call for tenders with a view to consulting the consulting firms to enable the community which is the contracting authority to designate the team which will be responsible for carrying out the development of the PADSM.

The CITTANOVA - SINOPIA - ESPELIA Group won the contract for € 299. The contract is valid for 000 months.

The executive council voted for this deliberation by majority: 4 votes for, 1 abstention.
