The beneficiaries of the prepaid card will receive a summons to come and collect their card at the Public Finance Center of SXM in the coming days.
They must imperatively present themselves on the day indicated (on the invitation) provided with the mail, an identity document and a mobile number working on the French part of the island. For obvious organizational and security reasons, people who do not have the aforementioned elements (convocation, identity document) will not have access to the three dedicated distribution desks. Once the card is issued, it will be automatically credited with the amount allocated within 10 days maximum and the beneficiary can then make purchases from merchants in Saint-Martin (French side) and Saint-Barthélemy with a Mastercard payment terminal before January 31, 2018.
