Tax: Launch of the 2020 Income Reporting Campaign

The 2020 income tax declaration campaign is about to begin.

The declaration of your income is much more than a simple administrative formality. It is an act of citizenship, particularly important in the current context of economic crisis. Indeed, the income tax represents 12% of the tax revenue of the Collectivity. 

You will soon receive your declaration forms and related notices by post.

If necessary, all the forms and notices can also be downloaded from the website of the Collectivity - Taxation section:

The Collectivity therefore invites you to complete your 2020 income statement with the utmost sincerity and to send it to the Center des Finances Publiques (CFP) of Saint-Martin within the allotted time.

 

Income tax returns must be filed in the following ways:

• Sent by post to the CFP Saint-Martin tax office: 16, rue Jean-Jacques Fayel - BP 1084 - 97 061 SAINT-MARTIN Cedex.

ou

• Deposit in the letterbox located at the entrance to the Tax Center.

During the month of May, the fiscal center of the Center des Finances Publiques de Saint-Martin will be open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 13 p.m.

In accordance with the provisions of article 175 of the CGI of Saint-Martin, the deadline for filing income tax returns for 2020 is set at May 31, 2021, a strict deadline.
