His advisor met a delegation from the CCISM and two cases were raised on this occasion: the commercial court and the industrial tribunal. “The CCI Saint-Martin requires the minister to create a mixed commercial court and an industrial tribunal for the territories of Saint-Martin and Saint-Barth. In the same logic, and since 2009 the CCISM wants a solution to be found to the problem of decentralized management in Guadeloupe of the Trade and Companies Register.
